Mission Trip!
On Friday, June 17th a group of six from MCF left for a week-long mission trip to Mexico with Ambassadors To The Nations. With Del Rio as their base, they travel daily to Ciudad Acuņa to minister the Word of God and bring much needed supplies. Donald Soriano - Bethesda Ministry:
Through Bethesda Ministries International, Dr. Soriano has cared for orphans and destitute children. This has grown into the planting of churches in the Phillipines and around the world. Their Bible Schools have produced thousands of pastors, ministers, church workers, missionaries and pioneer evangelists now spread throughout the Phillipines and in 36 nations of the world. Founded by Rev. Dr. T. Valson Abraham, India Gospel Outreach is a partnership of Indian and Western Christians facilitating mobilization, training, sending and supporting Indian evangelists and church planters to reach all of India for Jesus Christ. A Messianic Jewish ministry in Israel, which is a catalyst & vehicle for evangelism, training, translating, publishing, economic and disaster relief. Established and underwrites a Hebrew indigenous congregation in Tel Aviv. Vanguard Ministries: (Dr. Bobby Hill) Assisting churches, ministers, and Christian leaders to fulfill their God-given destiny--spiritually and strategically, through a network of nurturing relationships and practical resources. Bobby has ministered here at Maranatha on many occasions. African Outreach Ministry: (Tony Okeke) Partnering with the African Church to establish churches in under-churched areas of Africa. To help accomplish this AOM is involved in training committed evangelists and church leaders. Tony has visited with Maranatha and ministered here several times over the years. The goal of The JESUS Film Project is to help share Jesus with everyone in his or her own heart language using media tools and movement building strategies.
Actively preaching the Gospel in Mexico for more than twenty years. Throughout the two decades of ministry, thousands of people have been born-again, set free from demonic powers, and healed from all kinds of sickness and disease. His goal and purpose is to share Jesus wherever he may be. If it's on the backside of a mountain or in the largest city in the world, he wants to be there to share the Gospel. Ron is another regular minister to Maranatha whenever he is in the area. Ambassadors To The Nations Ambassadors To The Nations is an international missions ministry based out of Freedom Christian Center, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Founded by Pastors Darey & Karen Jolley in 1992, it has served the cause of Christ in Central America faithfully through short term mission teams. Led by their Pastor, Dr. Dean Melton, they have worked in 9 different nations. Reinhard Bonnke In 1974 the evangelistic organization born out of Reinhard Bonnke's vision, "Christ for all Nations", was born and a team gathered that has been reaching out to the peoples of Africa ever since. The preaching of the Word has produced a harvest of souls and healing of all kinds of diseases. Samaritan's Purse International Christian relief and evangelism organization provides spiritual and physical aid to victims of war, poverty, natural disaster, and disease. One of their ministries we support each Christmas is Operation Christmas Child. Gift-Filled shoe boxes are collected and donated to this wonderful ministry. Joyce Meyer Joyce Meyer Ministries has a God-ordained mandate to impact the world. They are called to present the Gospel to the lost, disciple nations, feed the hungry, clothe the poor, minister to the elderly, widows and orphans, visit prisoners and reach out to people of all ages and in all walks of life. Teaching people how to apply biblical truth in every facet of their lives, this dynamic ministry encourages Christians to influence every aspect of the world around them. |
